If you have registered for automated PDMP services and receive an error when trying to access a patient's PDMP information, this means you need to update your PDMP credentials in NewCrop. To fix this error, confirm your PDMP credentials with Bamboo, then re-enter your credentials in NewCrop under the Admin tab.
Fix a PDMP Log In Error
- When you click the Bamboo PDMP Reporting button, an Error message displays.
- Contact Bamboo to confirm your PDMP credentials.
- Click the PDMP Sign Up link in the Added Services Registration section of the Admin tab.
- Re-enter Practice Credentials.
- Click the Save button.
