WebABA Navigation Update - January 10, 2023

We are launching improvements to the navigation experience in WebABA.  Beginning January 10, 2023 WebABA customers will have an updated and improved experience:

  • New Global Navigations Sidebar with updated styling.
  • Agenda and Calendar condensed into a single Schedule page.
  • Global Navigations Sidebar includes statically displayed icons and text hover labels.
  • Application Header with updated styling.
  • Logout button will be moved to the Profile dropdown menu.

The main windows in each section will work and appear as they have to this point. Throughout 2023 we will continue to make improvements and inform you as they are being made available.

Below are examples of the existing navigation layout and how it will be changed.

 

Main Menu and Navigation Bar

  1. Basic functions and your Profile will remain on the main bar at the top of the screen.
  2. All of the main menu items are being moved to the left side of the window.
  3. Everything that remains in the main window will remain the same in all areas.

 

 

 

Agenda & Calendar Becomes Scheduling

  1. Agenda and Calendar will merge and move to Schedule in the left navigation bar
  2. The internal window will remain the same.
  3. The navigation between views will remain the same on the right side of the screen.

 

My Tasks

  1. My Tasks moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, My Tasks expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Clients

  1. Clients moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, Clients expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Staff

  1. Staff moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, Staff expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Billing

  1. Billing moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, Billing expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Dynamic Forms

  1. Dynamic Forms moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, Dynamic Forms expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Reports

  1. Reports moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.

 

Organization

  1. Organization moves to the the left navigation bar.
  2. When clicked, Organization expands to display the original menu options on the left navigation.
  3. View and functions in the main window display remain the same.
