Along with improvements to the navigation experience in WebABA we are updating the Telehealth service as well. Beginning January 17, 2023 WebABA customers will have an updated and improved Telehealth experience.
The way you subscribe to Telehealth, create Telehealth appointments and send invitations and reminders will remain the same. Once you start your Telehealth session you will see these improvements:
- Improved audio/video quality
- In-app Telehealth chat
- Screen sharing for all participants
- Customizable waiting room message
- Detailed view of when a patient joins and leaves
- When you launch your new Telehealth session, it opens in a new tab instead of the same screen.
- Test your connectivity and see audio and video settings when you login.
- Client - Waiting Room that allows the Client to Chat directly while waiting.
- Customize message that appears for clients.
- Provider - Admit Clients to the session when you're ready.
- Chat can be used throughout the session.
- Screen sharing by either provider or client.
