Supervisors & Supervisees can view & manage note types (Progress Note, Treatment Plan, Behavioral Assessment) needing signatures from the Notes Awaiting Signature page. You can click the note link in the Details column to review note information.

Supervisor - Approve/Sign Individual Note Types
- Click the Notes Awaiting Signature icon.
- Click the Supervisor Notes Awaiting Signature/Approval tab.
- Click checkboxes to select note(s).
- Click the Approve or Sign button(s) for each note to complete the action.
NOTE: You can also click the Approve/Sign checked items button to approve/sign all selected notes at the same time.
Supervisor - Approve/Sign All Note Types
- Click the select all checkbox next to the Staff column to select all notes to approve/sign.
- Click the Approve/Sign checked items button.
NOTE: you can also click the Approve or Sign button for each individual note.
Supervisor - Select Note Types Only for Approval or Sign
- Click the Dropdown menu next to the select all box, then click the link for notes: Select only for approval or Select only for sign. All notes will be selected according to which link you click.
- Click the Approve/Sign checked items button.
NOTE: you can also click the Approve or Sign button for each individual note.
Supervisee - Sign Individual Note Types
- Click the Notes Awaiting Signature icon.
- Click the Supervisee Notes Awaiting Signature tab.
- Click checkboxes to select note(s).
- Click the Approve or Sign button(s) for each note to complete the action
NOTE: You can also click the Sign checked items button to sign all selected notes at the same time.
Supervisee - Sign All Note types
- Click the select all checkbox next to the Staff column to select all notes.
- Click the Sign checked items button.
