Users have the ability to update check in & out times and appointment locations. All changes made to check in / out information can be accessed in your activity log.
NOTE: The Manage check in/out will only appear after you have checked in and out of the appointment. Administrators & users with the right permissions can then go in and make any changes if needed.
Mange Check In / Out Information
- Click Manage Check In / Out from the agenda. The pop-up window opens.
- Enter adjusted check in / out times as needed.
- Enter adjusted locations as needed.
- Click Save.
- Click Save on the pop-up window to confirm your changes.
