Run a Pre-Call Connection Test (WebABA Pro & Group)

You can now quickly run a pre-call connection test before you join a Session! 

  1. Join the Telehealth Session from your Schedule. Click the camera icon to
    start the session.

  2. Scroll down and click the Test My Connection button.
  3. When complete, click the I'm Ready button to start the Session.
