Error: "Telehealth requires iOS 12" If you received this error, it typically means one of two things:
1. You are not using an updated iOS version.
- FIX: Check what iOS version you are using, and update if necessary.
2. OR, your default browser is set to Chrome.
If you click the Join link from a reminder email, your device is going to try to open that link in Chrome (or your default browser). Because telehealth is not compatible with Chrome or Firefox on an iPhone or iPad you will get this error.
- FIX: Open Safari, login and join your session from there.
