This report shows check in and check out data related to appointments for specified date range including, dates, times, and locations.
Set Report Parameters (Filter)
- Click Reports in the side navigation bar and click Check In/Out Report under the Appointments section.
- Set Date Range.
- Click Run Report.
Read the Report
- You can Search the Report for a specific name or word. i.e. Status, Client Name, Service Type, etc.
- From left to right, you can see these default information columns:
- Service Date
- Staff
- Client
- Primary Payer
- Secondary Payer
- Service Type
- Status
- Check In Date/Time
- Check In Location
- Check Out Date/Time
- Check Out Location
Download the Report
Copy or download CSV, Excel, and PDF versions directly to your computer.
- Click the CSV and PDF buttons on the upper right tab.
