Create a Staff Review Note for a Renewal Request (Clerical Admin Roles) (WebABA Pro & Group)

Staff Review Notes allow clerical admins to make notes and recommendations for renewal requests that will appear in a staff review column on the Tasks page.

Create a Staff Review Note for a Renewal Request 

1. Navigate to the Tasks page and open the Renewal Requests section.
2. Click on the Patient Name.
   
   
   
3. Type in a Staff Review Note and select a Recommended Action:
   

   NOTE: A Recommended Action is a recommendation for the prescriber only and does not transmit a refill for the prescription to the patient's pharmacy. 

   
   
   • Staff Review Note: Free text a note for the prescriber that will display in the Staff Review column for the renewal request. 
   • Recommended Action - Approve: Staff Review Column will say Approved
   • Recommend Action - Deny: Staff Review Column will say Denied
   • Recommend Action - Hold for Doctor: Staff Review Column will say Reviewed 
     
4. The Staff Review Note and Recommended Action display in the Staff Review column for the refill request, and the name of the person who entered the Staff Review Note and Recommended Action displays in the Prescriber column under the prescriber name.
