View and Manage Patient Details (WebABA Pro & Group)

You can view and manage patient details, such as contact information and health plan information, from the Pt Details tab. 

Information from WebABA pulls into the Pt Details section of NewCrop. When you update patient contact information in WebABA with new information, the updated information will pull into NewCrop. If you delete patient contact information in WebABA without entering new information, you must manually delete that information in NewCrop as well. 

View and Manage Patient Details

1. Click on the Pt Details tab on the toolbar at the top.
   
2. Scroll down the Patient Details section to view and edit Patient Information, Address, Shipping Address, Contact (phone numbers and email address), Heath Plan Information and Patient Consent. 
3. Click the Save button to save your changes.
