Medication Source Icons display next to the prescriber name in the Source column on the Active Medications list and Previous Medications list. Different icons display to indicate electronically transmitted prescriptions, medications authorized for dispense, recorded medications, medications imported from Surescripts Drug History, and medications imported from a partner system.
Hover over an icon for an explanation of that that icon means. When you click the Source column to sort by source, medications will sort first according to Source Icon, then by prescriber name.
