Update Appointment Status to ‘Kept’ Automatically
When enabled, the status of an upcoming appointment will automatically change to 'Kept' for appointments that have been matched with a Catalyst SOAP Note.
NOTE: To use this setting you must disable the setting Change status to 'Kept' after the appointment time has started in the Organization>Settings tab.
Conditions
When this setting is enabled, the status of a WebABA appointment will automatically change to ‘Kept’ if the original WebABA appointment was previously in the status of ‘Upcoming’ and under the following conditions:
- A Catalyst note is auto-matched to a WebABA appointment
- A Catalyst note is manually matched to a WebABA appointment
- A WebABA appointment is manually created from a Catalyst note.
When any of these occur, it will also automatically update all existing WebABA reports that show ‘Kept’ statuses accordingly.
If the WebABA appointment was in any other status besides "Upcoming" when it was matched to a Catalyst note, then the appointment status will not be updated to ‘Kept’ automatically, but the Catalyst SOAP Note will still be attached as usual.
If you delete or unmatch a Catalyst note from a Web ABA appointment, and the status of the appointment had been automatically updated to ‘Kept’ due to this setting being enabled, the status will remain as ‘Kept’ and will need to be updated manually by the user if needed to be changed.
