This report gives the listing of ERA Checks Received and their current state. It can be used to identify payments that need to be posted or followed up on for further review. Data shown can be refined using the filters. It can also be customized using the customize grid option.
- Click Reports in the primary navigation bar and click ERA Check Report under the Advanced Reporting section.
Set Filters

- Received Date
- Check Date
- Date Range
- Click Run Report
Read the Report
- You can Search the Report using the column headers.
- From left to right, you can see:
- Payer Name
- Received Date
- Check Date
- Check Number
- Check Amount
- Amount Posted
- Amount Archived
- PLB Amounts
- Amount Remaining
- Use Customize Grid to manage columns.
- Click the CSV and PDF button on the upper right tab and copy or download the CSV, Excel, and PDF versions directly to your computer.
