You can save payment information in the client portal before making a payment. This payment information can be used for future payments you make within the portal, or by the clinic when billing for future appointments and services.
NOTE: If you've been invited to the client's contact network, your saved cards will not be visible to the therapist/organization.
Depending on the payment processor your therapist/organization is using, you may be able to enter complete payment information in the client portal, including the CVV number, or you may need to wait to provide the CVV number when that card is used to process a payment for the first time.
To save payment information in the Client Portal, navigate to the Billing section.
- Click Billing on the toolbar at the top.
- Depending on the payment processor your therapist/organization is using, you will either click Manage Payment Methods or Enter New Card.
- Enter and Submit/Save your payment information.
