Permissions: Users with Organization Administration permissions will be able to update the payment information for the Organization's subscription.
Note: We do not store any financial or card details anywhere on our system. When making card payments, no financial details are stored or logged by AccuPoint. The details collected to make any payment are taken in a secure manner and passed directly to Stripe to make the payment. The safeguarding of your financial details is the responsibility of Stripe.
Update the Card Info
- Click on Organization in the primary navigation bar.
- Click on Manage Subscription on the side menu.
- Click on the Billing Info tab.
- Enter the credit card details.
- Click Save Billing Information.
