Adding Rooms can be a helpful way to organize your WebABA. Rooms are Location specific.

Add Room
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Location & Rooms tab.
- Click + New Room button.
- Select Location the room will be associated with.
- Set Room Name.
- Set Room Short Name (4 characters max).
NOTE: The Room Short Name will default to the first 4 characters of the Room's full name unless a specific Room Short Name is entered here. This will display in Appointments in your Calendar.
- Click Save Room.
Edit Room
After a Room is created you will not be able to edit the Location it is associated with. To change the Location the Room is associated with, delete the Room from the Location and add a new Room in the desired Location.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Location & Rooms tab.
- Locate desired Location and click appropriate Room Name.
- Make any changes to the name or short name.
- Click Save Room.
Delete Room
When you delete a Room, the Room association will be removed from ALL past and future Appointments. These Appointment will still be associated with the parent Location.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Location & Rooms tab.
- Locate desire Location and click Details button.
- Scroll to the Associated Rooms list.
- Click Delete next to the desired room you wish to remove.
- If you're sure you wish to delete the room, click Delete Room.
