You are only able to Archive an Organization Location, you cannot delete it. Archiving a Location will affect all entities related to that Location (Clients, Appointments, etc.).
After you archive a Location, you will need to manually update any relevant Client and Appointment details. Do so on an individual basis or by using the Bulk Edit Appointment feature for Appointments associated with archived Location.
NOTE: Archive Locations will no longer display as an option when scheduling Appointments going forward, but it will still be a Calendar and Agenda Filter.
Easily update all upcoming appointments associated with the archived location by using the Bulk Edit Appointments feature.

Archive Location
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Locations & Rooms tab.
- Click Archive for appropriate Location.
- Click Archive Location in the pop-up window to confirm action.
Unarchive a Location
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- In Settings, click the Locations & Rooms tab.
- Select Show Archived Locations box.
- Click Unarchive for appropriate Location.
