Permissions: Every Staff Member has the ability to set their own Calendar Preferences and Availability.
Setting your availability will gray out times you are unavailable on the Calendar. This is a visual indicator to all Staff the you are unavailable for Appointments during that time.
- Click your Name in top right corner and select Calendar Preferences.
- Scroll down to Calendar Appearance Preferences section.
- Set you Availability on the right side of screen.
- Mark the box next to the day you're available and then input your times.
- Click Save Preferences.
