Set Calendar Availability

 Permissions: Every Staff Member has the ability to set their own Calendar Preferences and Availability. 

Set Availability

Setting your availability will gray out times you are unavailable on the Calendar. This is a visual indicator to all Staff the you are unavailable for Appointments during that time.

1. Click your Name in the top right corner, and select My profile and settings.
2. Click the Preferences tab.
   
   
3. Set your Availability on the right side of screen.
4. Mark the box next to the day you're available and then input your times. 
5. Click Save Preferences.
