View Clients with No Upcoming Appointments (WebABA Pro & Group)

  Permissions: Therapists can view Assigned Clients, Administrators can view all Clients.

You can easily view which Clients have no upcoming Appointments scheduled via the Client list.

  1. Click Clients in the navigation bar, then select either All Clients or My Clients from the drop-down. 
  2. Click the Customize Grid drop-down.
  3. Ensure Next Appointment is selected. 
  4. Enter a dash in the search field ( - ) to view Client's with no upcoming Appointments.
