You can create one Progress Note and apply it to all Client's in the Group. After added the new Progress Note will show under the Progress Notes tab for all Clients in the Group.
Important: You must apply a note to a group before saving the note. If saved, the note can no longer be applied to a group.

From the Agenda
The easiest way to add a Group Progress Note and apply it to all Group Members is from the Agenda tab.
- From the Schedule tab in the navigation bar, the Agenda will automatically display.
- Click Add Group Note from Agenda for appropriate Group Appointment.
- Click Progress Notes tab.
- Click+ Progress Note button and complete Progress Note.
- The Select Note Type window will display.
- Select the Note Type from the drop-down, then slick Create Note.
- Click Save drop-down and select Apply Note to all Group Members.
- Click Apply to All button to confirm.
From Client's Profile
Alternatively, you can create a Progress Note for any Client in the Group and apply it to all Group Members.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Cases button.
- Click Case Info button for appropriate Group Case.
- Click Progress Notes tab.
- Click + Progress Note button and complete Progress Note.
- Click Save drop-down and select Apply Note to all Group Members.
- Click Apply to All button to confirm.
