An Organization Administrator will need to Activate Text Message Appointment Reminders in WebABA.
Once that has been activated, you can send and view Client's text messages through WebABA.
IMPORTANT: There is a nominal fee per text message.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
NOTE: Ensure that a mobile number has been added for Client on the Details tab.
- Click Reminders Log tab.
- Click Send Text Message button.
- Click the Send Text Messages.
NOTE: The client's preferred name will display in the text message pop-up window.
- Enter Message in field provided.
- Click Submit button. Messages sent display in the Client's Reminder log.
