Permissions: Therapist can restore Notes for their assigned Cases, Administrators or higher can restore Notes for all Cases.
By default, Deleted Cases do not display. You can view Deleted Cases and restore it if needed.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Notes in left side menu.
- Select Show Deleted Cases box under the +New Case button.
- Scroll down, and Deleted Cases now show.
- Click Restore for appropriate Case if desired.
