The Client's Medicare number needs to be updated in your AccuPoint account from the HICN number to the new MBI number. If you do not have this number, please reach out to your client. It would have been sent to them by Medicare
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Bill to & Insurance Info tab.
- Locate appropriate Insurance and click Edit.
- Update the Insured ID.
- Save changes.
- Resubmit the Claim.
