 Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions with the ability to "Submit Claims to Clearinghouse" enabled.

Fix Rejection

This indicates that you need to mark 'Yes' for the Client Release of Information. 

Selecting Yes means you are indicating that the Client has given you permission to submit their Claims to the Insurance.

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Bill To & Insurance tab.
3. Locate appropriate Insurance and click Edit.
4. Scroll down and select Yes for Client authorized release of information necessary to process claims.
5. Click Save.
