Apex: Write a Claim Memo (WebABA Pro & Group)

 Permissions You must have Billing Permissions.

If you submit Claims with Apex, you can write a Claim Memo for Claims that have been submitted to the Clearinghouse. After a Claim Memo is added, you cannot edit or delete it. You can however, write a new Claim Memo.

NOTE: Claims in Awaiting Submission cannot have a Claim Memo.

1. Click Billing, Claims in side navigation.
2. Locate Claim in appropriate Status.
3. Click Actions and select Add Claim Memo.
4. Enter your memo.
5. Click Save.
