Only Organizations who are using Apex Clearinghouse can group or ungroup Appointments on a Claim Submission.
NOTE: You cannot group Appointments into a single Claim in Batch Invoicing. You must go to each Invoice to group into a single Claim.
Group Appointments into a Single Claim
The Invoice must already be created with multiple dates of service. This is a per Invoice setting.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Ledger in side menu.
- Click Select an Action button and select View Details.
- At top, select Group All Appointments into a Single Claim checkbox.
- Click Save button OR click the down arrow and select Save & Add to Claims Awaiting Submission.
