You can schedule a Client Telehealth Session or convert an existing Client Appointment to a Telehealth Session.
IMPORTANT: Telehealth Appointments cannot be rescheduled. They must be deleted and recreated at the new time.

Schedule Single Telehealth Appointment
NOTE: You cannot create group telehealth appointments in WebABA.
- Click Schedule in the side navigation menu. The Agenda page opens.
- Click +Add & Appointment. The Appointment window opens.
- Enter appointment information (Event or Client, Service Types, Staff Member, Location & Room)
- Select Telehealth. The place of service will display if the setting is active in your organization's profile.
NOTE: When this setting is turned on, you can select the telehealth POS code (At home or Not at home) when creating the appointment. The code will appear on progress notes and invoices.
- Enter the appointment schedule.
NOTE: Staff members have the ability to set a default time zone that is different from organization & location time zones. For the associated staff, their agenda, calendar & appointment windows will then display in the time zone set by the staff member. Appointment times will display in the location time zone on the client list and signed documentation.
Learn more.You will see this message in the appointment window if your default appointment time differs from the location time. Your preferred time zone and the appointment location time zone will show in your agenda.
- Click Save.
NOTE: When you click Save, the telehealth invitation link will display in the appointment window in the Telehealth URL section. You can copy & paste the URL link from here.
From Client List
- Click Clients in the side navigation menu.
- From the Client List click Appointments drop down and select Schedule Telehealth Session. The Appointment window opens.
- You will be redirected to the schedule and a window will open with the Client's name and staff member name populated.
- Follow the step listed above to complete the appointment entry.
Schedule Recurring Telehealth Appointment
- Create a new appointment from the Schedule or Clients link as described above.
- Click the Disabled button to Enable Repeat Events.
- Enter recurring schedule.
- Select Telehealth. The place of service will display if the setting is active in your organization's profile.

- Click Save.
