Before you resend a Client Portal invitation you will want to ensure that they don't already have an active Client Portal account.
There are two ways to see if your Client has an Active Account or not.
Check via Client Details
- Navigate to Client Details page.
- See Client Portal Account Status.
Check via Organization Tab
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation.
- Click Client Portal in side menu.
- Scroll down to Manage Clients section.
- Locate desire Client.
- Green Row = Active Client Portal Account

White Row = Inactive Client Portal Account
If the Client DOES have an Active Client Portal Account you will want to send them the Login link located under Client Shortcuts.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT send them the signup link or the new appointment link.
