Organization Administrators can disable Client Self-Scheduling in the Client Portal for their entire Organization, or for an individual Client.
Disable for The Entire Organization
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Client Portal in side menu. Ensure you are on the Settings tab.
- Toggle Off the Allow Clients Self-Scheduling through Client Portal setting.
Disable for a Individual Client
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Client Portal in side menu. Ensure you are on the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Manage Clients section.
- Locate desire Client and turn off Scheduling.
