As an Organization Administrator, you have the ability to enable Client Self Scheduling through the Client Portal for your Organization. After you have enabled it, you can turn it off at the Client level.
Additionally, when Clients do use the Self-Schedule feature in the Client Portal, Therapists will be able to confirm or decline Appointment Requests.
NOTE: You do not have the ability to reschedule group appointments. Please contact your provider.
- Click Organization and Client Portal in the side navigation bar.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Switch Allow Client's Self Scheduling through Client Portal toggle so it shows as Turned On.
NOTE: If enabled, you will also need to turn on or off the ability for Clients to schedule/cancel appointments within 24 hours.
Once enabled, subscribed Therapists can select service types available to clients when scheduling appointments, accept or decline Self-Scheduled Appointments via the calendar icon at the top of their screen, and specify what locations are available for scheduling.
