Add Dynamic Forms in the Client's Details Page (WebABA Pro & Group)

  Permissions: You must have Therapist Permissions or higher. 

You can create and add Dynamics Form in the Clients Details. It will display as a tab under Clients Details.

1. Click Dynamic Forms tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click New Form button.
3. Select Client Form.
   
   
   
4. Customize rest of form as desired. See Create Dynamic Form to learn more.
5. Click Save Form button.
