Dynamic Forms (formerly known as "Custom Forms") is the new and shiny way to build Client, Case, & Organization Forms.
Update! Dynamic Forms are getting even better. We've started to add Dynamic Fields which pulls information from AccuPoint into the Dynamic Form. Currently this is one way (from AccuPoint to the Dynamic Form) but we are continuing to expand our Dynamic Fields options and the way the operate.
Custom Forms created before Dynamic Forms release (01/19/21) will be brought into Dynamic Forms. But there are a few things to note:
- These Custom Forms, now Dynamic Forms, will operate online (in AccuPoint and the Client Portal) as they had before. All information entered previously will still be available just as before.
- If you had Print Properties on the Custom Form, those will operate the same UNLESS you save or modify it in Dynamic Forms. Saving or modifying a Custom Form in Dynamic Forms will break those Print Properties. It will still work properly online, it will just print different. If you need to make changes to a form, our recommendation is to recreate it as a new Dynamic Form.
- Custom Forms, now Dynamic Forms, will not display a Created By or Created Date, but going forward will display Modified By and Modified Date. All new Dynamic Forms will display all information.
