Appointment Status is a way to help categorize and keep track of Appointments. Staff Members can change the status from the Agenda, Calendar or a Client's Appointment History Report. Clients can also change the Appointment Statuses to cancelled when they respond to an Appointment text reminder or through the Client Portal.
You can see when the Appointment Status was changed and by who in the Activity Log Report.
Jump to Section [From Agenda] [From Calendar] [From Client's Profile]
From Agenda:
- Click the Edit Status button in the actions column on the Agenda.
- Click Status drop down and select new status.
- Click Save.
From the Calendar
- Double click the block of the desired Appointment on the Calendar.
- Click the Status drop down and select new status.
- Click Save.
From Client's Profile (Appointment History):
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Appointments on side navigation.
- Click Status button for appropriate Appointment.
- Click Status drop down and select new status.
- Click Save.
