Schedule Telehealth Appointment

 Permissions: User must be subscribed to Telehealth or have Administrator Permissions or higher.

You can schedule a Client Telehealth Session or convert an existing Client Appointment to a Telehealth Session.

IMPORTANT: Telehealth Appointments cannot be rescheduled. They must be deleted and recreated at the new time.

Schedule Single Telehealth Appointment

1. Click Schedule in the side navigation menu. The Agenda page opens.
2. Click the new appointment icon . The Appointment window opens. 
   
   
   
3. Enter appointment information (Event or Client, Service Types, Staff Member, Location & Room)
4. Select Telehealth. The place of service will display if the setting is active in your organization's profile.
5. Enter the appointment schedule.
6. Click Save.
   
   

   NOTE: The telehealth invitation will display on the calendar and in the appointment window in the Notes section.

From Client List

1. Click Clients in the side navigation menu. 
2. From the Client List click Appointments drop down and select Schedule Telehealth Session. The Appointment window opens.
   
   
   
   
3. You will be redirected to the schedule and a window will open with the Client's name and staff member name populated.
4. Follow the step listed above to complete the appointment entry.
   
   

Schedule Recurring Telehealth Appointment

1. Create a new appointment from the Schedule or Clients link as described above.
   
   
   
2. Click the Disabled button to Enable Repeat Events.
   
   
   
3. Enter recurring schedule.
4. Select Telehealth. The place of service will display if the setting is active in your organization's profile.
5. Click Save.
