Deleting a Client is permanent. You WILL NOT be able to restore a Client after you delete it.
Alternatively, we recommend that you Archive Clients. This lists them as inactive and hides them from your Active Client list, but all related data is intact. You can Archive/Store Clients in WebABA free of charge!
If you still want to delete a Client, you will first need to delete all associated data, Client Cases, Notes, Invoices, Payments, etc. Only after all this information is removed will you be able to delete the Client.
IMPORTANT: You can only delete three Clients from an account in a 24 hour period. This is a security measure to protect accidents or malicious behavior. If you're the Organization Administrator and need this lifted please reach out to the support team.
