Export List of Clients' Birthdays (WebABA Pro & Group)

 Permissions: Must have Organization Administrator Permissions.

You have the ability to export a list of Client Birthdays. Client Birthdays can be found within a full Client Data export.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to email Clients it is extremely important to verify that the Client does consent to be contacted by email. Check the Do Not Contact By Email column to ensure permission to email has been granted. Be sure to never include personal or PHI in mass emails.

  1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
  2. Click Export Data in side navigation.
  3. Select Export All Clients or Export Only Active Clients.
  4. An Excel document will download that contains Client's Date of Birth.
