There is an Insurance Information Verified By field on the Client's Bill To & Insurance Info tab.
There is occasions where it may appear as if this has been reset or changed. It will be greyed out and the Staff Member who original verified it is not listed.
This happens when the Client has access to their Bill To & Insurance Info section on their Client Portal and they have made changes. You can verify this by searching on the Activity Log to see who made changes and when.
If you have Administrator Permissions, you can hide the Insurance Info Client Portal if you do not want your Clients to be able to edit this information.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Client Portal in side navigation.
- Click Off button for Hide Insurance Info.
