Schedule Group Appointments

Any WebABA user can schedule a group Appointment. You can schedule a group Appointment two different ways. 

Jump to Section [From Group Profile] [From Calendar]

From Group Profile

1. Click Clients tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Groups in side navigation.
3. Click Appointments button for appropriate Group.
4. Click New Group Appointment button.
5. Group Name populates. Complete all other Appointment information.
6. Click Save.

From Agenda

1. Click Schedule in the navigation bar.
2. Click Add Appointment icon OR double click on the desire Calendar time slot.
3. Click Group Appointment button in the new Appointment window.
4. Search for Group by name and select.
5. Complete all other Appointment information.
6. Click Save.
