Generate or Edit Client ID Number (WebABA Pro & Group)

 Permissions: Must be an Administrator or higher.

Account Administrators can generate and change a Client ID Numbers. Client ID Numbers are used in the CMS 1500 and in Superbills.

IMPORTANT: Because the Client ID Number displays on the CMS 1500 and Suberbills, changing it may lead to issues with Insurance Companies if you already shared one of these documents.

Generate Client ID Number

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. On Details tab, click Generate Client ID Number button.
  3. WebABA will generate a number. Edit if desired.
  4. Click Save.

Edit Client ID Number

  1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
  2. On Details tab, locate Client ID Number.
  3. Click Edit icon and enter new Client ID Number.
  4. Click Save.
