Hide Creation Date from Progress Notes (WebABA Pro & Group)

The Creation Date is the date the Note was originally created. Notes signed while Creation Date was enabled will include this field on PRINTED copies of the Note, but the Creation Date will not show on the Note while viewing it within WebABA. 

The Creation Date cannot be changed but can be hidden on the Organization level. After you hide the Creation Date, the Creation Date will still display on Notes Signed before.

To remove the Creation Date from previously signed Notes, remove signatures and then re-sign the note. 

IMPORTANT: WebABA recommends you always show the Creation Date to protect your practice from audits. 

 

  1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar. Organization Settings will display.
  2. Select Hide creation date from progress notes box.
  3. Click Save Changes.
