Permissions: Must be Staff Member assigned to Client.
If you are a Staff Member assigned to the Client, you will be able to unmatch or delete Catalyst Notes that list you and the Client as the Staff Member/Client combination.
Unmatch a Catalyst Note
- Click Catalyst Notes tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Unmatch button for appropriate Catalyst Note.
- Click Yes, Unmatch to confirm.
- You can then re-match if desired.
Delete a Catalyst Note
IMPORTANT: Deleting a Catalyst Note from the AccuPoint database does NOT delete the Note from the Catalyst database.
- Click Delete button for appropriate Catalyst Note.
- Click Yes, I'm to confirm.
