Catalyst Integration: Un-Match or Delete Catalyst Notes (WebABA Pro & Group)

  Permissions: Must be Staff Member assigned to Client. 

If you are a Staff Member assigned to the Client, you will be able to unmatch or delete Catalyst Notes that list you and the Client as the Staff Member/Client combination.

Unmatch a Catalyst Note

1. Click Catalyst Notes tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Unmatch button for appropriate Catalyst Note.
3. Click Yes, Unmatch to confirm.
4. You can then re-match if desired.

Delete a Catalyst Note

IMPORTANT: Deleting a Catalyst Note from the WebABA database does NOT delete the Note from the Catalyst database.

1. Click Delete button for appropriate Catalyst Note.
2. Click Yes, I'm sure to confirm.
