Catalyst SOAP notes match with WebABA appointments in several different ways, with the status displayed in the grid in the Catalyst Notes page. Match Status Types are based on several factors, each described below:
- Auto-Match - The Catalyst note has been automatically matched to an WebABA appointment based on the client name, staff name, session date and session start / end time. No further action is needed to match the note if the match is correct.
- Manual Match - The Catalyst note has been manually matched to an WebABA appointment by a user.
- No Staff Match - the note is not matched to a staff member. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection. Users can manually match the note to a staff member in the system. Click here for more information on manually matching a note to a staff member.
- No Client Match - the note is not matched to a client. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection. Users can manually match the note to a client in the system. Click here for more information on manually matching a note to a client.
- No Staff / Client Match - the note is not matched to both a staff member and client. The system is unable to complete an auto-match connection.
