Catalyst Integration: Staff Setup (WebABA Pro & Group)

  Permissions: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.

When the Catalyst integration is enabled, Staff from Catalyst and WebABA are listed on the Staff Setup tab in WebABA. Staff are automatically matched by the system or manually matched by the User. Staff matches can then be edited and un-matched.

The system automatically matches Catalyst and WebABA Staff Members based on the Client's first name, last name and email address.

1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Catalyst Integration in side menu.
3. Click Staff Setup tab.
4. All Client's display to be matched.
   

Manually Match

The system does not automatically match Staff Members if a Staff Member's information is different in each system (first name, last name, email address). If the system does not auto-match a Staff Members, you can manually match Catalyst staff to existing staff in WebABA. 

1. Click Staff Setup tab.
2. Click Match Staff button for appropriate Staff Member.
3. Click WebABA Staff Name dropdown and select appropriate WebABA Staff.
4. Click Save.
   

Create New WebABA Staff Member to Match

If the Catalyst Staff Member you are trying to match doesn't already exist in WebABA you can create the Staff Member and then match them.

1. Click Staff Setup tab.
2. Click +New WebABA Staff button for the Catalyst Staff Member. 
   
   
3. In the Add New Staff Member window, the Staff First and Last Name and email will auto-populate to match the Catalyst Staff Member information. You can manually change these fields as needed.
4. Set Staff Member WebABA basic Permissions by selecting or deselecting the checkbox.
5. Click the Add Staff button.
   
   
6. The +New WebABA Staff button changes to the Invite Sent button. The invite will reset after seven days. 
   NOTE: The Re-send Invite button will display after sending the invite.
7. Click Re-send Invite button if you want to re-send the invite within seven days after the invite was sent. 
   
   
   
   
8. A Match Request Invite is sent to the WebABA Staff Member. The Match Status is Pending until the invite is accepted.
   
   
   

Edit or Un-Match Staff Member

After a match is made, you can edit it or completely un-match the Staff profiles if needed.

1. Click Staff Setup tab.
2. Click Edit button and make necessary changes.
3. Click Save.
4. OR, click Un-match and confirm that you would like to un-match the Staff Member.
