Billing Setup

The WebABA Triangle can help you understand how WebABA was designed to bill.  

Before you start Billing in WebABA you will want to ensure the following is setup:

• Add Service Types
• Add Payer/Insurer
• Connect to a Clearinghouse
• Set up Credit Card Processing (Optional)

After your WebABA Billing is setup, you can start Billing Clients!

• Invoice a Client
• Accept Client Payment or Co-Payments
• Accept Client Credit Card Payment
• Bill to Insurance
  • Apex: Submit Electronic Claims
  • Submit Electronic Claims
  • Apex: Submit Out of Network Claims
  • Submit Out of Network Claims
