Find Unbilled Appointments (WebABA Pro & Group)

There are two options to find unbilled Appointments, either via Batch Invoicing or the Detailed Attendance Report.

Via Batch Invoicing

 Permissions: Must have Billing Permissions.

You can use Batch Invoicing to find all Dates of Service missing and from there, you can create Invoices for those Appointments. 

Find Unbilled Appointment

1. Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Batch Invoicing from side navigation.
3. Set desired Date Range and set appropriate Filters.
4. Click Search button.
5. All Clients who have a Date of Service in that date range and do NOT have an Invoice created already display.
   

Create Invoices for those Unbilled Appointments

1. Select or deselect any Appointments listed.
2. Click Create Selected Invoices button to create Invoices for displayed Appointments.

Detailed Attendance Report

  Permissions: Any user can view the Detailed Attendance Report.

You can view/filter the Detailed Attendance Report by Unbilled Appointments. You cannot create the Invoices from this Report. 

1. Click Reports tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Detailed Attendance Report in the Appointments section. 
3. Set desired Date Range.
4. Select Not Billed Only in Billing Status Filter.
   
   
   
5. Click Run Report button.
6. All Clients who have a Date of Service in that date range and do NOT have an Invoice created already display.
