When completing the Apex Enrollment Survey in AccuPoint you'll see that a lot of information pulls in automatically including your Providers and their NPI. If the Provider does NOT pull in or appear in the drop down this is because they are missing a 10-digit NPI on their Staff Profile.
To correct follow the steps below:
- Click Staff in the primary navigation bar.
- Click Details button for appropriate Staff Member to add NPI.
- Add the 10-digit NPI number on Staff Details screen.
- Click Save Details.
When you go back to the Enrollment Survey you will now see the Provider.
