 Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions with the ability to "Submit Claims to Clearinghouse" enabled.

Fix Scrub Error

This indicates that the Referring Provider you have listed is the same as either the Billing Provider or Rendering Provider on the Claim. 

The Referring Provider field is meant to show who referred the Client to you - if required by Insurance. Therefore this cannot be the same as the Billing or Rendering. 

You can edit or remove this information:

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Bill To & Insurance tab.
3.  Scroll down and remove or change the Referring Name and NPI.
4. Click Save.
