You have the ability to send Intake Forms electronically to the Client to complete via the Client Portal. Completed Intake Forms are uploaded as PDFs to the Client's General Documents tab.
You will initially send Intake Forms with the Client's Client Portal Invitation.
- Invite Clients to the Client Portal (and Send Intake Forms)
- Allow Staff to Invite Clients to the Client Portal
If you have already sent a Client a Client Portal Invitation with their Intake Forms, you can resend them. This will send an email alert or remind the Client that they have Intake Forms to complete.
Additionally, you can send new or additional Intake or Custom Forms to existing Client Portal users at any time.
